Commercial Concrete is using the latest laser screeding equipment, and finishing and levelling methods to achieve exceptional results at the Riverwood Business Park, on their project at Belmore Rd Riverwood.
F Meter readings above 65 are being consistently achieved on the project through close attention to detail throughout the placing process. Equipment used to assist in this process include:

A Somero Laser Screed to screed and compact concrete to very low tolerances. [image1] [image2]

Adjustment of the concrete mix design to improve workability and slump controls to minimise variations in set times. [image1]

Checker Rods are then used to cut the last few millimetres.

Wacker ride on towelling machines with 'pizza pans' attached are used for the final burnished finish. [image1] [image2]

An F Meter has been used to verify the results.

Laser levelling equipment has been hired to place the sand. This has greatly improved productivity.
